Delivery Policy

All our packages are insured against loss or damage during transit. If you have any problems, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at naishop.contact@gmail.com

Metropolitan France

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

  • Express delivery (if available): 1 to 2 business days after dispatch

International (Europe)

  • European Union countries: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

  • Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch

International (rest of the world)

  • North America: 10 to 20 business days after shipment

  • Asia, Oceania, Middle East: 10 to 25 business days after shipment

  • South America, Africa: 15 to 30 business days after shipment

Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the carriers and customs conditions.

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order (due to absence, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged for reshipping. We advise you to carefully check your delivery address when placing your order.
