Refund Policy
We will process the refund for your order within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund may be delayed until the items are received or until you have provided proof of shipment of the items, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different payment method.
Amount refunded:
Price of the item (excluding initial delivery charges)
Initial standard delivery charges (if the entire order is returned)
Not refundable:
Return shipping costs
Express or premium delivery charges (only standard delivery charges are refunded)
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund. If the return conditions are not met, we will contact you and the items may be returned to you at your expense.
